Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site.

*Inventory quantities are not maintained in real time on our website. Quantities shown may vary based on time of update and daily purchases. Cavalier will strive to update quantities first thing every morning, Monday to Friday. Please contact Customer Service for accurate inventory if in question.


**PLEASE NOTE: Prices shown are calculated using the current, non-discounted cost in our system. Appropriate discounts and special prices if applicable, will be applied at the time of order entry in our system. Final invoice price will be confirmed by Customer Service before shipping.

A Blanket Credit Card Authorization form is required to authorize us to charge your card. Credit card orders will be authorized for the available amount plus 25% for ground shipments and 50% for air shipments to cover freight costs. The card will only be charged for the actual items shipping and the actual freight costs.

SPECIAL ORDERS
A written purchase order is required for all special orders. Special Orders can be emailed to orders@cavalier.on.ca or faxed toll free to 1-800-387-7715. Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of Special Order Saddles. A deposit may be required. Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned

PRICING
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, this includes backorders and future dated orders. Orders with special pricing must be pre-approved by management and be on a written purchase order.

RETURNS/CREDITS
• All returns must follow the complete returns policy, which is under separate cover from these Terms and Conditions.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused at the door. Please make sure your Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Cavalier Equestrian Inc. will not accept return merchandise or phone calls from your customers.
• Refund checks or refunds to credit cards will not be issued for any reason. A Cavalier Equestrian Inc. credit will be issued for you to use if you do not have a past due balance. Merchandise can be exchanged for credit only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Seasonal orders and Special orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of more than two or three products must be in writing; you can email the cancellation to your Customer Service Representative at orders@cavalier.on.ca or fax to our general fax number 1-800-387-7715. Backorders will be shipped once they reach the $150.00 minimum.
